Please let me introduce myself, my name is Kristine Predmore.  I am a 2002 graduate of The Fingerlakes School of Massage and I love, love, love my job as a NY State Licensed Massage Therapist, Reiki & IET energy worker and Aromatherapist.  I look forward to working with you to help customize a session for your individual needs.  Together we will work towards helping you Feel better, more Connected and on your way to a Healthier, more Relaxed future.
